Recent Office updates (starting in December 2025) appear to be causing problems with Word 2007 OMML equations. If your XML includes the following warning:
Warning: Undeclared attribute xmlns for element mml:math in unnamed entity
you should use MathType's Convert Equations tool to convert the equations. This will allow the export filter to create consistent and correctly-tagged MathML.
